Excavating

Hydrovac excavating offers a more reliable and effective way to excavate as compared to traditional methods of excavation. Traditional equipment and manual digging methods can easily be replaced by hydro excavation, bringing an array of benefits to users. Hydro excavation trucks use a combination of high-pressure water and a powerful vacuum to break up the soil and debris on site and immediately remove it by placing it into the debris tank of the unit.

Trenching

This is the process of digging narrow trenches to install pipelines, cables, and various in-ground utilities. This will ensure that only the area needing excavation is being affected with the intricacy that hydrovac units provide. Hydrovacs can complete these jobs on frozen surfaces. Hydro excavation has the option to use warm water in frozen ground to vacuum this into the debris tank.

Daylighting

Daylighting os one of the most common uses of hydrovacs. Hydrovacs are used to dig and expose to locate underground utilities. The hydro excavation uses water to break up the ground; the vacuum system removes the soil onsite. This method will not   disturb or damage these existing utilities.
